A famous judge once found himself tasked with defining pornography and as the trial progressed formulated the immortal phrase "I don't know what pornography is, but I know it when I see it!".
I am sure that for most of us, the same logic can be applied to Leadership. As a student of human nature I am mildly interested in how people view Leadership, hence, I noticed this post which refers to Winston Churchills undoubted Leadership ability as an example of "Appreciative Enquiry";
Vision: Seeing what others do not see.
