Right Click VS.NET Command Prompt in Windows Explorer

Courtesy of Mike Gunderloy's clever hack of the Windows2000 resource kit's "Command Prompt Here" script, you can now add a Right Click context menu entry that will open a VS2003 Command prompt at the selected folder.
