Does Dynamic Help in Visual Studio drive you mad?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\version number here e.g. 7.1\Dynamic Help
Set string value Never Show DH on F1 to YES
Turn off dynamic help and it won't come back. Ever.
